Cancellation policy: max. 24 hours before the class starts

 

We can let you in for a maximum 5 minutes after the class has started. We do warmup in the beginning of every class in order to prevent injuries and if you miss this session there’s a higher risk of straining a joint. Please be respectful of the 5 minutes rule.

Advanced

If you’ve already mastered the basics of Reformer Pilates and crave a new challenge – this is your class.
Expect a dynamic, precision-focused workout designed to build strength, endurance, and deep core control. A solid understanding of Pilates principles and good overall fitness are essential.
Not sure if you’re ready? Just ask your instructor for guidance.

Our Intro class isn’t just for beginners – it’s also perfect for experienced reformer lovers who want to refine their technique and reconnect with the foundations.
With slower-paced, form-focused movements, this class helps you build strength, awareness, and confidence.

Matcha Power

Your green energy boost of the day!
Matcha Power combines movement and mindfulness in a full-body Pilates flow designed to energize, strengthen, and center you. Perfect if you’re craving a recharge, clarity, and that post-class glow.

Barre

Join us at the barre for a total-body workout that blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates precision.
Using your body weight and small props – resistance bands, balls, and light weights – you’ll sculpt and tone while building strength, stamina, and grace.

Jumpboard Reformer

This innovative class fuses high-intensity cardio with classical reformer work to give you a full-body, joint-friendly sweat session.
The Pilates jumpboard keeps your heart rate up while maintaining form, control, and flow. Think of it as your gym and Pilates studio combined – cardio meets core for the ultimate challenge.

Lunch Break Pilates

Take a mindful pause in the middle of your day with our Lunch Break Reformer class – a quick yet powerful full-body reset to strengthen, stretch, and refocus.
Perfect for busy schedules and available with our special Lunch Break Memberships.

This class targets your abs, back, and pelvic floor to build a powerful and stable core.

Ideal for those familiar with Pilates basics and ready to step it up. On sunny days, we take this class outdoors on our terrace
